Our meetings start with a brief 5-minute session for arrival, networking, and accountability. The 10-minute guided mindfulness meditation follows to help participants focus and prepare for the meeting.

The primary emphasis of the meeting is on two focused work breakout sessions, each extended to 40 minutes, providing members with even more time to work on their projects or collaborate on group initiatives. A 10-minute break is placed between these sessions to help participants recharge.

Lastly, the meeting concludes with a 15-minute wrap-up and discussion of next steps, ensuring the entire meeting stays within the 2-hour timeframe while maximizing the focused work sessions.
